When tooth gems are applied properly to a healthy natural tooth using professional dental-grade materials, the process is non-invasive and does not require drilling or permanent alteration of the tooth. Proper application, oral hygiene, and aftercare are important to help protect your teeth and gums.

Tooth gems are temporary and can last anywhere from a few weeks to several months or longer. Longevity varies based on placement, oral habits, aftercare, and the natural surface of your tooth.

Whitening results can last several months, but every smile is different. How long your results last depends on your oral hygiene, diet, and lifestyle habits. Coffee, tea, red wine, smoking, and other staining foods or drinks may cause your teeth to darken sooner.

Some clients may experience temporary tooth sensitivity during or after whitening. This is usually short-term and can vary from person to person. If you already have sensitive teeth, let us know before your appointment so we can discuss the best approach for you.

Please arrive with clean teeth and avoid eating immediately before your appointment when possible. If you’re coming in for whitening, we also recommend being up to date on your routine dental cleaning. Any additional preparation instructions will be provided before your appointment.
